How to Prepare Your Space for the Practice :

  • Wear comfortable clothes
  • Make sure that you are in a space where you are not easily distracted
  • Make sure that you have a good internet connection
  • Make sure that you are prepared to take notes when necessary
  • Make sure to have tea or water available

Community Signal Group

As a participant in the classes, you are invited to join the community of the Art of Good Living through our private Signal group. The intention here is to allow participants to help each other in their practice, exchange about class content, & discuss questions about the teachings to gain a deeper understanding of the Art of Living.

Price: 40€ per class

Payments must be made before class. You may choose to pay for multiple classes at the same time. Once payment for your classes has been received, the Zoom link and password will be emailed to you.
