Self-Discovery Retreat
23rd – 26th November
This year’s Mixed Circle welcomes women and men who wish to explore and deepen their self-understanding. Over four days, you will be introduced to a range of meditation and contemplative practices designed to help you gain greater life balance. The retreat takes place in a comfortable, secure meditation hall where inner processes can unfold freely, and in tranquil outdoor settings that support mindful practices—such as conscious walks and breathwork.
A whole night sacred fire ceremony will be held during our time together to explore internal dynamics.
Why the Obsidian Stone as Anchor?
The Obsidian Crystals can be used to initiate specific processes or to support particular practices, helping you gain clearer insight into yourself and any disbalances that you may carry.
Properties of Obsidian
Obsidian is obtained when lava crystallizes due to a rapid decrease in temperature and pressure. It is black in color and has high amounts of silica and metals, including iron. Each obsidian crystal was generated thousands of years ago. It is seen as a suitable element of protection because its crystalline structure, which resonates with our own structure, and in its color, which vibrates in love, supports healing from the inside out at every layer of our bodies.
In short, we work with the obsidian stone because it can assist the free flow of life energy.
In our program, we learn to understand how our balance is lost at 4 Levels: We begin by Exploring our Current Reality and from there, we examine the following major aspects of our life balance:
- Mental level: Is the awareness and regulation of our relationships, autonomy, environmental balance, self-acceptance, a sense of purpose, and personal growth. It refers to psychological well-being, which is more than just feeling good, finding pleasure, and being happy—although those are obviously important, too! Instead, it takes what is known as well-being, which stresses the importance of things like personal growth, purpose, meaning, and self-realization. It is also represented by the symbols and archetypes that we experience from our unconscious and can be seen through projections such as dreams, daydreams, and fantasies
- Emotional level: is the ability to observe, understand, and see the impact of emotional behavior. The National Center for Emotional Wellness (NCEW) describes emotional wellness or well-being as an awareness, understanding, and acceptance of feelings and an ability to manage effectively through times of change or challenge.
- Physical level: corresponds to the aspects of our body like nutrition, exercise, and sleep.
- Spiritual Level: Refers to connection and purpose. Your spirit thrives on meaning, connection, and authenticity. The part of you that knows who you are, even when the world tries to tell you otherwise.
Thus, the intention of the practices is to help you recognize what physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your life experience need balance. In becoming aware of what areas of your internal dynamics need balance, you can offer them that space of expression that they deserve. And for that, the key is to connect with your body, not with your mind. When you do this, you will see that the more intense the emotion & mental patterns that emerge from your own body, the more Life Force you will get from your awareness of it. And that energizes you on deep levels because it offers you the capacity to develop a realistic action plan towards greater life balance.
Getting familiar with these practices and experiencing them in our 4-day retreat will help you to integrate them into your daily life in order to generate a routine that can help you to gradually evolve into living a more balanced and conscious life.

November 25: Ceremonial Integration

November 26: Mindfulness Practice

Right of withdrawal: This retreat is a leisure event tied to a specific date. Pursuant to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. Cancellations are governed by our cancellation policy.
Health & participation: You are required to consult your primary health provider if you have medical conditions. The fire ceremony, breathwork, and meditation practices are not suitable for persons with certain medical conditions (e.g., severe cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled epilepsy, acute psychiatric conditions, pregnancy without medical clearance). Participation is at your own risk; each participant must hold their own health and (if applicable) travel insurance. Lodging and meals are not included and must be organised by the participant.
